15 December 2018 – Paper submission for publication

Abstract submission

Please fill in the form available on the conference website.

Abstract proposals should be written in the language of the presentation and be up to
300 words long. Please include a short indicative bibliography of up to five titles.
Individual papers will be allotted 30 minutes (20 minutes – presentation, 10 minutes –
discussion time), while panels and workshops should last no longer than 90 minutes per
session.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the organizing committee of the conference.

Publication opportunities

The scientific committee will  review your paper and will guide you throughout the selection process.

Submission guidelines are to be made available on the conference website.

Once your paper has been selected make sure to send it in its revised form by 15 December 2018. Selected papers will be included in two volumes and published with an international publishing house.

Registration fees

60 EUR – foreign participants (early bird fee – 15 November 2018)

250 RON – Romanian participants (early bird fee – 15 November 2018)

100 EUR (late fee – 20 November 2018)

40 EUR (PhD students – 15 November 2018)

40 EUR (Skype session – 15 November 2018)

Conference registration includes: conference pack, coffee break refreshments, welcome
drinks reception.
